Colomba Bianca
Colomba Bianca is one of the largest wineries in Sicily and among Europe's leading producers of organic wine. Founded in 1970, the winery brings together approximately 2,400 winegrowers and manages more than 7,000 hectares of vineyards spread across the island—from coastal areas to hillside vineyards at elevations of up to 600 meters.
Thanks to Sicily's diverse terroirs and favorable Mediterranean climate, the vineyards provide ideal conditions for cultivating both indigenous Sicilian and international grape varieties. Among the most representative are Grillo, Nero d'Avola, Zibibbo, and Frappato, alongside Chardonnay, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The winery's philosophy is centered on sustainable and responsible winemaking. A significant portion of its vineyards is farmed organically, without the use of synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers, making Colomba Bianca one of Italy's most important producers of certified organic wines.
Colomba Bianca combines the rich traditions of Sicilian winemaking with modern technology and rigorous quality control. Every bottle reflects the diversity of Sicily's terroir, expressing the island's distinctive aromas, vibrant character, and authentic sense of place.
